'Esmeralda' Verrucosum are named for their remarkable iridescent, vibrant green leaves.   The tops of the leaves have a reflective shine when they receive light from the correct angles.  This verrucosum variety is almost completely green, with only slight dark undertones on the interior portions of the leaf surface.  The leaves also have a notable lined texture that is intriguing.
 
We find these slightly easier to care for than our other Verrucosum.  
 
The photos in this a description are representative of the plants for sale.  The plants are shown in 10 cm net pots growing in sphagnum moss.  We find our verrucosum seem particularly happy growing in sphagnum,  and recommend shipping them in this media for the best results.  If you prefer to receive your plant potted in soil, please let us know when you order so that we can transplant your verrucosum prior to shipping.
