SHIPPING POLICY
We ship selected plants within Costa Rica only. These plants are featured in our online shop. We offer worldwide shipping on macrame and other non-plant products. (please contact us for international quotes)
Due to changes in shipping because of COVID 19, we currently ship once per week to the SAN JOSE. All orders within SAN JOSE are delivered right to your door. We ship to SAN JOSE on Saturdays .

We offer delivery with CORREOS DE COSTA RICA for all other regions of Costa Rica. Mailed packages are sent out twice per week.
Deliveries within Jaco are free and delivered on the same day.

RETURN POLICY
Our plants are kept under great care. We regularly inspect all of our plants to ensure that they are pest free and healthy. Although we do not accept refunds on plants, we do allow an exchange for a plant of equal or lesser value if the plant is returned within 72 hours from purchase, along with the proof of purchase, and if the plant is showing signs of poor plant health. Anything returned later than 72 hours after the purchase will not be eligible for an exchange. We also cannot exchange plants that have been broken, overwatered, or damaged by the buyer post purchase.
PAYMENT METHOD
We accept cash, debit and most major credit cards except for MASTERCARD. We also accept bank transfers and SINPE movil.
WHOLESALE INQUIRIES
We currently do not offer wholesale pricing.
