January Plant Of The Month: Rubber Tree

inner. It's the plant that keeps on growing. Rubber trees have large brilliantly deep-coloured leaves that give it a very tropical appearance. They grow quite steadily, are hardy, do well indoors and are easy to care for. It's no wonder we chose it as our January plant of the month!

Did you know?

-Rubber trees are native to South 6 America and can grow up to meters tall indoors

-The plant produces a milky coloured latex sap which can be retrieved from the plant once it matures to an age of about six years old.

- In the wild, Rubber trees can grow over 40 meters and can live up to 100 years.
